Had this delivered a few days before Christmas and it's been great. The heat is more than adequate and most of the time we just have the effect on just for ambience. A solid heavy piece that does not look cheap. Great customer service too when one of the remotes was not in the package, it was posted straight away despite the holidays.

This is an amazing heater… it may be a bit pricey but well worth it. It has controls that you can put it on high and adjust the temperature also medium and also the temperature, it has a timer for the week so it will come on and off every day of the week or you can put it on whenever it’s needed once the room is warm we just have it on the flames. Doesn’t take long to warm the room on high then we knock it down or sometimes just have it on the flame. We can definitely recommend to others. If you have no central fireplace … looks great on a piece of slate, which we intend to purchase. Very happy customer. Expert Fires were great and helpful when ordering… hope to purchase another for the dinning room in the future.

Lovely fire ,easy to set up

Great service from Expert Fires - the best price around, excellent customer service in answering our questions and fast, efficient delivery of a well packaged product. The fire is a real feature in the room, without being overpowering. We like the glass front on this fire. We often have just the flames light on as it is beautiful and very relaxing. We are very pleased with the fire so far. I’ll write a further review when the weather gets colder and we really test out how well it heats the room.
